 USA Pans Mini Round Cake Pan - 6 Well is constructed of aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries.

The thickness of all USA Pans are selected to allow for even heat distribution and maximum pan life. A unique feature of each pan is its corrugated design which maximizes the pan's strength and prevents warping, denting and other effects of everyday use. The corrugation also minimizes surface contact which insures evenly baked products that are easily released. USA Pans are coated with Americoat, an FDA approved, proprietary silicone coating. It provides a clear, non-stick, environmentally friendly, non-toxic baking surface, specially formulated for superior baking. Americoat does not contain PTFE's or PFOA's. It is not recommended to exceed baking temperature of 450 degrees F.

Easy care instructions: Simply wipe clean after use; soap and water are okay to use. DO NOT place USA Pans in the dishwasher because harsh chemicals can cause the non-stick material to breakdown. USA Pans is the newest line of bakeware developed by American Pan, the world's largest manufacturer of commercial bakeware. Pans are made of 65-percent recycled steel.

Cinnamon Rolls

  • 3/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup margarine, softened
    3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 (.25 ounce) package instant yeast
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup water
    1 egg
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup margarine, softened
    1/2 cup raisins (optional)


Heat the milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles, then remove from heat. Mix in margarine; stir until melted. Let cool until lukewarm.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/4 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt; mix well. Add water, egg and the milk mixture; beat well. Add the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition. When the dough has just pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 5 minutes.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, softened margarine.
Roll out dough into a 12x9 inch rectangle. Spread dough with margarine/sugar mixture. Sprinkle with raisins if desired. Roll up dough and pinch seam to seal. Cut into 6 equal size rolls and place cut side up in 6 lightly greased USA Pan™ Mini Round Cake Panel Pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until browned. Remove from pan to cool. Serve warm



CJ's Gluten Free Hamburger Bun - Submitted by a loyal USA Pan customer


  • 1 - 16 oz. pkg (3 1/4 cups) Bob’s Red Mill GF Homemade Wonderful Bread
    1/2 cup + 4 tsp Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
    1 2/3 cups Warm Water
    2 Eggs + 1 Egg White
    1/2 cup Butter, melted
    1 tsp Cider Vinegar
    2 TBSP Honey
    1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin

    1 Egg Yoke
    2 TBSP butter/margarine – melted


In stand mixer bowl combine Warm Water & yeast package from inside Bread pkg & let set while you gather other ingredients. To that water/yeast mixture add Dry Milk, Eggs, Melted Butter, Cider Vinegar & Honey and mix on low speed adding Bread Mix & Unflavored Gelatin – increase mixer speed to med high & mix for 4 minutes (really – 4 minutes, no less). Scrape down bowl & mix again for 1 minute.

Melt 2 TBSP butter/margarine & whisk in w/fork remaining egg yoke in small finger bowl.

Prepare USA Pan Mini Round Cake Panel Pan wells using non-stick spray – be generous. Divide mixture into wells, dip fingers into butter/yoke mixture and smooth dough into pan making sure it is level & smooth. Allow to rise 30 – 45 minutes then bake at 300 – 350 (depending on pan type) for 12 – 20 minutes (depending on amount of dough in each compartment)

Allow to cool 5 minutes in pans, remove to cooling racks until completely cooled then seal in airtight container to be enjoyed up to 10 days after baking.
